Sri Lanka Hash Bash Location Of Event

NEGOMBO BEACH, just 15km from Colombo International Airport, is the location for the Sri Lanka Hash Bash 2025. The exact "hash home" venue will not be decided and confirmed until one week before this event, so just book any hotel or resort at Negombo Beach ... all will be within walking distance of our hash home venue for sure.

Likely at least two of our four days of this Sri Lanka Hash Bash, and perhaps all of them, will be staged at the beach of Negombo --- our "Meet & Greet" party on the first evening, plus the "Beach Bar Hop" on the afternoon of the final day.

The event MAIN VENUE (beach resort or hotel) will be posted by next February (or sooner) after Wild Wolf has visited Sri Lanka. In the meantime, you can book accommodation at any resort or hotel at NEGOMBO BEACH.

Mar 1 (Sat) - Sri Lanka Hash Bash - Day 1

MEET & GREET HASH PARTY @ MAIN VENUE

5pm to 10pm
This is also REGISTRATION for collecting your goodies
5pm --- cold beers on-on
7pm --- dinner buffet served
10pm --- beers cut-off

Mar 2 (Sun) - Sri Lanka Hash Bash - Day 2

COUNTRYSIDE HASH RUN

1pm to 1:15pm --- LATE REGISTRATION at MAIN VENUE
1:15pm --- photo shoot and trail remarks at MAIN VENUE
1:30pm --- transport departs from MAIN VENUE to run site *DON'T BE LATE! THE TRANSPORT WON'T WAIT!
2pm --- start of hash trails --- L = 9km | M = 6km | S = 3km
3pm --- COLD beers ... lots of cold beers
4pm --- snack meal served
5pm --- CIRCLE W/ICE & lots of long songs
7pm --- buffet dinner served
10pm --- beers cut-off --- end of Day 2

Mar 3 (Mon) - Sri Lanka Hash Bash - Day 3

COUNTRYSIDE HASH RUN --- OR RUN WITH COLOMBO HASH *to be decided later

"BRIGHT HAWAIIAN THEME" BEACH BAR HOP *bring your own colorful clothes & hat

2:45pm --- photo shoot and trail remarks at MAIN VENUE
3pm --- walk to first beach bar ... then waltz to 2nd beach bar ... then stumble to 3rd beach bar ... then stagger to 4th beach bar ... then fall over in 5th beach bar!
6pm --- food served and more beers
7pm --- CIRCLE W/ICE & lots of long songs and more beers
10pm --- official end of the Sri Lanka Hash Bash 2024
